  5. Exchanges: For quicker exchanges, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for exchanging defective items to new items.
  6. Refunds: If you wish to get a refund for the defective item instead, after we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
