Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in USA except our MacBook cases which are dispatched from our partners in Europe and shipped via DHL Express Shipping . All shipments are fully tracked from our warehouse to your door . 

Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as the item/ items are shipped . Allow 24-48 Hrs after shipment to track your order. 

.Orders need 1-3 business days processing before they are sent out for shipping. 

For “Pre-Order” Items,  always check the dates of shipping on product description.

For USA Market only, Laptop Cases Leave From another location. Therefore purchasing a MacBook Case In US along with other items, you will receive Fast Tracking info for two parcels. Rest Assured, Your parcels will be delivered smoothly at your door!

Parcels will come with tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package or packages, allowing you to monitor their process.

Unfortunately , not at this moment but we are working on expanding on other markets too.

Eligible Refunds and Exchanges: We accept refunds and exchanges only for faulty items. If you receive a defective product, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Orders: Double-check your device model before placing an order. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong model.

Required Documentation: To initiate a refund or exchange, email us clear pictures of the faulty product at dalgeofficial@gmail.com. This will help us assess the issue.

Processing Time: After receiving your request, our team will review the case and respond within 10 business days with the next steps.

Exchanges: For quicker exchanges, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for exchanging defective items to new items.

Refunds: If you wish to get a refund for the defective item instead, after we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.

How to File a Return:

Contact Us: Before returning an item, reach out to our returns team at dalgeofficial@gmail.com to begin the process.

Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Pack the Item: Securely pack the item, including any accessories.

Include the Return Authorization Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to confirm receipt of your return.


Refund Procedure:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days
