3. Required Documentation: To initiate a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that you send clear pictures of the faulty product to our email at dalgeofficial@gmail.com. This will help us assess the issue and provide a resolution.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your photos and request, our team will review the case and get back to you within 10 business days with the next steps.
5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
