3. Required Documentation: To initiate a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that you send clear pictures of the faulty product to our email at dalgeofficial@gmail.com. This will help us assess the issue and provide a resolution.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your photos and request, our team will review the case and get back to you within 10 business days with the next steps.
5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in USA and EUROPE depending on the Country of Shipment. All shipments are fully tracked from our warehouse to your door .
