1. Eligible Refunds and Exchanges: We accept refunds and exchanges only if the items appears to be faulty. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Incorrect Orders: Please make sure to order the correct case for your device. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong model. Always double-check your device model before placing an order.
3. Required Documentation: To initiate a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that you send clear pictures of the faulty product to our email at dalgeofficial@gmail.com. This will help us assess the issue and provide a resolution.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your photos and request, our team will review the case and get back to you within 10 business days with the next steps.
5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in US and EU depending on the location of shipment. Shipping is fully tracked from our door to yours.





Orders need 1-3 days of processing before they are sent out for shipping.
